On June 1, 2017, Resource Providers Ltd. formally began providing Hotel Management services to its affiliate company Sureste Properties, Inc (Sureste). Sureste’s primary purpose is to develop and operate tourist facilities including hotel and entertainment complexes. Sureste is registered with the Philippine Economic Zone Authority ("PEZA") as developer of a hotel project in a PEZA Tourism Economic Zone.
Sureste’s flagship project Solaire, is a USD $1.2 Billion integrated destination resort on an 8.3-hectare site in Manila, Philippines. Solaire, which started commercial operations in March 2013, features 800 luxurious and modern hotel rooms and suites, a wide array of signature restaurants and quick-serve dining options, a wellness Spa and Salon, a recreational pool with Cabanas, meeting spaces, a performance arts theatre, a state-of-the-art shooting range and high end retail stores.

In April 2015, Sureste acquired Jeju Sun Hotel located in Jeju, Korea. The property consists of 202 5-hibiscus rating hotel rooms, a number of F&B outlets and MICE facilities to service its guests.
